Privacy Policy
This policy explains what LifeMaxxing does with the information you give us on this website. It applies to lifemaxxing.agency and to any landing page we operate under that domain.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code, state and — if you choose to give it — the email address you enter, along with the answers you select about your goal, age range, monthly budget and existing coverage. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to contact you about life insurance and, if you decide to move forward, to submit an application to an insurance carrier on your behalf. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is never shared with other agents, agencies, marketing companies or lead buyers. We share it only with:
- the insurance carrier you choose to apply to, and only once you have decided to apply;
- service providers who operate this site and our agency systems on our behalf — our website host, our lead and CRM software, and our phone and email providers;
- anyone we are required to disclose to by law or by an insurance regulator.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Those pages may load the Meta pixel, which reports back to Meta that a visit or a form submission happened so we can measure whether an ad is working. You can limit that tracking in your Meta account settings and through your browser's cookie controls.
Calls and text messages
By submitting the form you consent to be contacted at the number you provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and by text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call and we will remove you from our list immediately.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for as long as we may reasonably need them for servicing and for the record-keeping periods insurance regulators require of a licensed producer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where a regulator requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
Write to jeremyjonesinsurance1@gmail.com or call (843) 250-5163 to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We do not charge for any of that.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
